> Review of history, including previous pregnancies, home and family, health issues, etc.
> Details of current pregnancy: due date, caregiver, planned birth location, etc.
> Desires, wishes, hopes, and needs for labor and birth
> Discussion of birth plan
> Role of the doula, scope of practice, limitations, and client expectations of support
> Previous birth experiences and concerns or fears surrounding this pregnancy and birth
> Childbirth preparation
> Discussion of fees
